Kitchen ideas?

Hiya, was thinking of revamping our kitchen have white tiles walls and cabinets, we were going to paint the tiles next any one got any ideas what colour to go with ?

3. Hello there, Think whether you want cool colours like blues, aquamarines etc or warm colours like reds and oranges. How bright or dull do you want the tiles to be as much as the amount of white or black in the paint choice. White contrasts with a multitude of shades, depending whether you want to make a very bold statement with black, silver or cobalt blue - or whether you want to keep a similar amount of reflected light bouncing around the room with paler tones. Consider that the tile colour will also have an influence on the surrounding areas if they are all white, especially using artificial light when it is dark. What colour is your worktop, the flooring, the soft furnishings, window dressings etc? This may dictate the paint colour for the tiles if you want to compliment the existing scheme. Have a look through kitchen / interiors magazines and cut out any images you find attractive, this will help you find out exactly what you like and don't like. Regards Nicola
