Do they make energy efficient recessed lighting? I have a huge porch & some lights in my kitchen.?

1. well yes they do make all kinds of recesd lighting. if you are refering to florescent version yes but they dont spread mutch lite. question for you is are you more concernd with energy efincy or way it looks? if you send me a message back il help ya if i can or you like
